Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Navi Mumbai seeks an Operational Risk Manager to lead facilities operations and safety programs. You will update Emergency Response plans, coordinate after-hours facilities support, and drive audits and compliance across the portfolio.

The ideal candidate holds a business or hotel/building management degree and brings 3–5 years of facilities management experience, with strong leadership and reporting skills to guide a service-focused team.

Operational Risk Management

• Update and implement Emergency Response plan; drills etc as required.

Performance Objectives

• Meet or exceed best practice in provision of services through contracts.
• Establishment and adherence to policies & procedures, compliance deadlines for each of the tasks as advised by the Operation Manager.
• Effective management of the team

To apply you need to have: Strong knowledge of property operations Playing a key role, the ideal candidate holds a degree in business or hotel and building management, and at least three to five years’ experience in facilities management. You must also demonstrate good working knowledge in occupational safety, as well as aptitude in client-centric operations. Solid background in team management Are you an adept leader with a proven track record in managing a team? Are you capable of effectively rolling out improvement plans?
