Job summary

Poona Flour And Foods is seeking a dedicated floor-in-charge to oversee the flour milling process from grain to packaging. The role supports quality assurance, tracks production targets and schedules, and ensures compliance with food safety regulations (FSSAI) and BS standards.

0-2 years of relevant experience is preferred. This is a hands-on position at our Pune facility, requiring coordination with the plant manager and operations team, and shifts are available.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in floor-in-charge operations.
• Experience coordinating with plant manager on production targets.
• Knowledge of food safety and quality control practices.
• FSSAI and BS standards knowledge is a plus.
