Our client is in the Digital Payments & Financial Technology domain. The client is a leading organization handling large-scale online payment and transaction processing systems across India.

They are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Production Support professional to manage and monitor production systems, troubleshoot issues, support Linux environments, and ensure smooth functioning of critical applications.

The primary objective of the candidate will be responsible for maintaining system uptime, handling incidents, monitoring transactions, and coordinating with multiple technical teams.

Responsibilities :

The role focuses on L1 level monitoring and support for our production applications and infrastructure.

The ideal candidate should -

• Have 2+ years of experience in Production Support & IT Operations management in the Payments/Banking industry.
• Have hands-on-experience in providing 1st level monitoring and engineering support.
• Have strong experience in working on Linux based production environment.
• Be familiar with basic networking tools like Nagios, Jenkins etc.
• Knowledge of transaction & system monitoring, downtime analysis, Report generation, Ticket closures. Coordinate with internal and external teams.
• Have a basic understanding of scripting languages like Shell, Python and Bash.
