Job summary

Infosys is seeking an experienced Production Support specialist for Cloud Infrastructure Services in India. The role focuses on incident resolution, monitoring, and ensuring SLA compliance across Java and .NET applications in production environments.

You will work on ITIL-aligned problem and incident management, leverage Dynatrace, Splunk, CAESP, and AWS, and coordinate cross-functional teams in a 24x7 banking domain support setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in Java and .NET Production Support with incident resolution and SLA compliance.
• ITIL-aligned problem and incident management with trend analysis and permanent fix implementation.
• Monitoring using Dynatrace, Splunk, and CAESP with proactive monitoring and log analysis.
• CAESP / Workload Automation for job scheduling and batch processing in production environments.
• Big Data Production Support integrated with ITSM processes.
• Major Incident Management coordinating cross-functional teams and post-incident reviews.
• Strong SQL and AWS knowledge in banking domain with regulatory compliance.
• Experience in 24x7 production support environments.

Responsibilities

• Resolve incidents in production systems and ensure SLA adherence.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
• Monitor infrastructure and applications using specialized tools.
• Schedule and manage batch jobs using CAESP/workload automation.
• Support Big Data platforms with ITSM alignment.
• Coordinate cross-functional response during major incidents.
• Maintain SQL/AWS-based dashboards and reports.

• Strong expertise in ITILaligned Problem and Incident Management, including trend analysis, permanent fix implementation, and continuous service improvement.
• Proficient in Infrastructure and Application Monitoring using tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, and CAESP, with handson experience in proactive monitoring, alert management, log analysis, and workload automation.
• Skilled in CAESP / Workload Automation for job scheduling, batch processing, failure handling, and dependency management in critical production environments.
• Experienced in Big Data Production Support integrated with ITSM processes, supporting highvolume, missioncritical systems.
• Demonstrated ability in Major Incident Management, coordinating crossfunctional teams, ensuring effective communication, rapid restoration of services, and postincident reviews.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL and AWS services, with handson production support experience in the Banking Domain, adhering to regulatory, security, and compliance standards.
• Adept at working in 24x7 support environments, ensuring high availability, reliability, and operational excellence.
