Job summary

Larsen & Toubro on the shop floor is seeking a hands-on production supervisor to manage daily assembly and production operations. The role emphasizes meeting targets safely, maintaining quality, and coordinating line activities and personnel to ensure efficient output.

Strong attention to safety and process discipline is required. Responsibilities include scheduling, monitoring performance, adhering to policies, and driving continuous improvement through 5S and related initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and technical drawings.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ERP/MRP systems.
• Knowledge of electrical insulation materials and winding techniques is advantageous.
