Job summary

MACOM is seeking a Production Supervisor for CNC Turning in Haryana, India. The role focuses on supervising daily turning operations, optimizing shift activities, and ensuring adherence to process parameters and safety standards.

The candidate will read engineering drawings, coordinate with Quality and Maintenance teams, and drive improvements in cycle times and productivity on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Experience in CNC turning operations and shop-floor supervision.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and process sheets.
• Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen and TPM practices is a plus.

• Supervise daily CNC Turning production and achieve production targets.
• Manage operators, manpower allocation and shift activities.
• Ensure proper machine setting, tooling, offsets and process parameters.
• Monitor production quality, rejection, rework and cycle time.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and process sheets.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Tool Room and PPC teams.
• Monitor machine utilization, downtime and productivity.
• Implement 5S, Kaizen, TPM and shop-floor safety practices.
