Job summary

Venus Hr Consultancy Surat is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee CNC machining sections, manage manpower, and drive quality and productivity on the shop floor. The role requires hands-on CNC experience, ability to lead teams, and adherence to IATF 16949:2016, SOPs and 5S standards.

Candidate must be willing to work in three rotating shifts. The position focuses on maintaining smooth production flows, optimizing processes, and ensuring products meet quality targets across CNC Turning,

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in CNC Turning, CNC Boring, Grinding & Honing.
• Experience in manpower/team handling.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949:2016, SOP & 5S.
• Willing to work in 3 rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage CNC machining operations on the shop floor.
• Supervise manpower, oversee productivity and utilization of resources.
• Ensure quality and compliance with SOPs and process standards.
