Job summary

Pinnacle Info Services is hiring a Production Supervisor for CNC and VMC machining sections in India. The role requires hands-on experience in CNC/VMC/HMC programming and setting, with emphasis on process efficiency and quality.

UG in E&TC or Mechanical is required; familiarity with PPAP, process planning, tools, jigs/fixtures, and cycle-time reduction is essential. Travel to Indore/Pithampur/Pune may be involved.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in CNC/VMC/HMC programming and setting on at least one machine type.
• Knowledge of process planning, tools, jigs and fixtures.
• Experience in cycle time reduction and line balancing.
• Knowledge of PPAP documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise CNC and VMC machining sections.
• Coordinate production activities to ensure on-time delivery.
• Implement process improvements and reduce cycle time.
• Ensure PPAP documentation and quality standards are met.
