Job summary

The Hiring Club is seeking an experienced CNC/VMC/HMC operator in Pune to oversee machine operations and guide shop floor activities. The candidate should have 2–3 years in the automotive sector, with a focus on meeting production targets and quality standards.

This role requires strict adherence to safety and company policies, proactive planning, and effective communication with manufacturing staff. Immediate joining is preferred to maintain production continuity.

Qualifications

• Diploma or BE in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 2–3 years of experience in the automotive industry with CNC/VMC/HMC operation.
• Immediate joiner preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC, VMC, and HMC machines.
• Communicate expectations, plan, monitor, and evaluate job results for manufacturing staff.

• Coordinate activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing subordinates.
• Maintain records, prepare reports, and compose correspondence related to the work.
