Job summary

Navami Industries in Gujarat seeks a seasoned Production Supervisor to lead seasoning and spice manufacturing operations. You will supervise 25+ shop-floor staff, collect batches from Preparation, monitor efficiency, and ensure batch records are accurate and complete.

The role requires GMP awareness, strong communication, and the ability to work in shifts to meet production deadlines. You will coordinate with Preparation, Stores, QA/QC, Maintenance and other departments to keep production

5. Ability to maintain accurate batch and production documentation.
6. Hands-on, proactive and target-oriented approach.
7. Good communication and coordination skills.
8. Ability to work in shifts and meet production deadlines.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Graduate / Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, Production or a relevant discipline preferred.
2. 56 years of relevant experience in seasoning, spice, masala, food ingredients or allied food manufacturing.
3. Hands-on experience in seasoning/spice production and batch-based manufacturing processes.
4. Prior experience in handling and supervising 25+ shop-floor manpower is preferred.
