Job summary

Hyperion Materials & Technologies in Maharashtra seeks a capable supervisor to oversee daily production activities. You will monitor DPR, perform production planning per MPS, ensure on-time delivery and product quality, and manage inventory to minimize downtime and wastage.

You will supervise machine performance, coordinate with press shop, quality, maintenance and stores, and handle manpower allocation and training while maintaining shop floor discipline.

Qualifications

• Formal education in mechanical or chemical engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant supervisory experience on shop floor.
• Must possess good communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and prepare Daily Production Report (DPR).
• Plan daily production as per MPS.
• Ensure on-time delivery and maintain product quality.
• Manage inventory and minimize downtime, rejections, and wastage.
• Monitor machine performance (reduction, carburizing, ball mill, dryer).
• Oversee process and supervise shop floor activities.
• Enter data in ERP and MS Excel.
• Coordinate with press shop, quality, maintenance, and stores.
• Allocate manpower and provide training.
• Maintain discipline on shop floor.
• Handle raw material calculations and grain size checks.
