Biofuelcircle is hiring for a Plant Supervisor to oversee briquetting and pelletizing operations in Goa. You will manage production activities, ensure equipment performance, and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime while meeting safety and SOP standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities including briquetting and pelletizing.
• Manage warehouse inflow/outflow and maintain stock records.
• Operate and monitor briquetting and pelletizing machines for optimal output.
• Perform routine electrical checks on motors, control panels, and wiring.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and lubrication of pellet/briquette equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults to minimize downtime.
• Maintain maintenance logs for audits and compliance.
• Plan seasonal procurement and material dispatch with operations.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and monitor health and safety standards.
• Coordinate with transporters for timely dispatch and delivery.
• Prepare MIS reports on production, inventory, and dispatch.
• Handle manpower allocation, shift planning, and performance monitoring.
• Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal teams for smooth operations.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Oversee maintenance of presses, grinders, and conveyors.
