Job summary

BDJ Group is seeking a shop floor supervisor to help maintain productivity targets and uphold discipline on the production floor. The role involves data recording at floor level and ensuring quality control processes are followed. You will lead a team of about 25-30 labourers across the shop floor.

Experience in continuous process industries such as foundry, iron, steel, or sponge iron is preferred. Fluency in Hindi for Nellore-related responsibilities is noted, though candidates from the South

Required Candidate profile

We need someone with experience in continuous process industry preferably foundry / iron / steel / sponge iron etc.

For Nellore, we need a candidate fluent in Hindi though he can be from South.
