Job summary

Shashwath Solution is seeking a Production Manager to oversee all garment manufacturing operations. You will drive efficiency, lead a varied workforce, and ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

The role requires strong knowledge of garment production, lean and Six Sigma, and leadership capabilities. You will collaborate with design, merchandising, and procurement to meet market demand and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Garment Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in garment manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of garment production processes, materials, machinery, and technologies.
• Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other productivity improvement methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage large teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills.
• Strong financial acumen and cost management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Build strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and external partners to ensure a seamless supply chain.
