Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in textile/garment engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in garment manufacturing with 5+ years in senior production roles.
• Strong knowledge of garment production processes, materials, and machinery.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production operations with adherence to schedules.

• Lead production supervisors, line managers, and workers.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Textile Engineering, Garment Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in garment manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a senior production management role.
• Strong knowledge of garment production processes, materials, machinery, and technologies.
• Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other productivity improvement methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage large teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills.
• Strong financial acumen and cost management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
