Job summary

AUMOVIO is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations across SMT, coating processes, and assembly lines. You will ensure production targets are met while upholding quality, safety, and efficiency standards.

Lead and develop production operators, coordinate resources, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement with Lean tools. This role offers exposure to advanced manufacturing practices and a path to operational leadership.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electronics, Industrial, Manufacturing, or a related engineering discipline.
• 3–8 years of manufacturing or production experience.
• Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production control systems.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

Production Management

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities.
• Ensure production schedules are met according to customer and business requirements.
• Monitor line performance, productivity, and resource utilization.
• Minimize downtime and resolve production issues promptly.

Team Leadership

• Lead, coach, and motivate production operators and technicians.
• Assign work duties and monitor employee performance.

Quality Assurance

• Monitor process adherence and product quality.

Inventory & Material Management

• Coordinate with planning and warehouse teams.
• Reduce material waste and improve inventory accuracy.

Required Qualifications
