Qualifications

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards. Key Responsibilities

Production Management

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities.
• Ensure production schedules are met according to customer and business requirements.

Quality Assurance

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and work instructions.
• Monitor process adherence and product quality.

Safety & Compliance

• Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments.

Process Improvement

Inventory & Material Management

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related Engineering discipline.
• 3-8 years of manufacturing or production experience.
• Minimum 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
