SVR Drugs And Intermediates is seeking an experienced Production Shift In-Charge for its API intermediates manufacturing operations in Karnataka. The role requires overseeing day-to-day production activities, ensuring adherence to approved manufacturing procedures, cGMP, safety standards, schedules, and quality requirements.

You will coordinate with QA, QC, Warehouse and Engineering, manage shift manpower, monitor yield, and drive process improvements to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical API intermediates / bulk drug manufacturing is essential.
• Knowledge of cGMP requirements and safety standards is necessary.
• Strong aptitude for production planning and batch documentation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise daily production activities.
• Execute batches as per BMRs and SOPs.
• Monitor production processes and batch parameters.
• Manage production manpower and shift activities.
• Monitor batch yield and material consumption.
• Ensure proper production documentation and records.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, Warehouse, and Engineering.
• Handle production-related deviations and investigations.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and safety requirements.
• Maintain production areas and equipment standards.
• Support validation, trials, and process improvement activities.

The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day production activities, ensuring adherence to approved manufacturing procedures, cGMP requirements, safety standards, production schedules, and quality requirements.
