Job summary

Almelo in India’s Telangana state is seeking a production specialist to execute day-to-day activities per the production plan and approved procedures. You will plan and coordinate manpower, equipment, and batch-processing, and handle trial, validation, and commercial batches.

The role requires hands-on API pharma experience, strong communication and documentation skills, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining cGMP and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on API pharma experience mandatory.
• Good communication skills and computer savvy; well versed with documentation.
• Multifaceted work exposure and ability to cope with pressure.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day production activities according to the production plan and approved procedures.
• Plan and coordinate manpower, equipment, and batch-processing activities.
• Execute trial, validation, and commercial batches as per approved manufacturing instructions.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, safety requirements, and good housekeeping practices.
• Operate and monitor production equipment such as reactors, centrifuges, filters, dryers, and distillation systems, as applicable.
