Job summary

Amor Management Consultants in India seeks an experienced gear manufacturing professional with 5–6 years in gear production. You will apply end-to-end knowledge of gear making processes, handling planning and scheduling using production scheduling software, and advanced MS Excel to optimize workflows.

You should be familiar with hobbed/shaving/shaping gears, HT and grinding, VMC, OEE/OTIF, SAP, and a minimum 60% across academics, with potential for up to 30% hike on current CTC.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of gear making processes end to end.
• Exposure to planning and scheduling with production scheduling software.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.

Role & responsibilities

1. Good knowledge of gear making processes end to end
2. Must be having good exposure planning and scheduling and hand on experience of using various softwares used for production scheduling.
3. Ability to develop new program , must be good in using advance level of MS Excel.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience 5 to 6 years in Gear manufacturing unit ( Preferred from OEM)

Candidate who is aware about Hobbing, Shaving, Shaping, HT, Grinding, VMC, Gear grinding operations & its machine planning techniques, OEE analysis, OTIF, Inventory management, SAP & good knowledge of Excel.

Minimum of 60% across all academic (10th, 12th, and graduation)

Max 30% Hike on current ctc
