Job description

Responsibilities

1. To prepare monthly production plan for Export. (Finish Goods (FG) Purchase requisition (PR) : T Code MD16 & MD04)
2. Once orders are allocated to plant, do MRP RUN (Materials requirements Planning) at Plant (MD02 & MD01) to generate planned orders. Convert planned orders into process orders to carry out production at plant.
3. After MRP RUN, generate PR for Raw Materials (RM) & Packing materials (PM) procurement (T Code MD16 & MD04)
4. To arrange RM/PM at location as per Production Plan & Safety stocks.
5. To update critical product status on weekly basis to marketing.
6. On weekly basis update Export order status with RM & PM shortages and to OTIF (On time in full) with CAPA (Corrective action and Preventive action) as well as action plan for delayed order.
7. To do follow up with Commercial for timely dispatches of RM/PM and delivery at respective location.
8. To do follow up with R&D (research & development), ADL (Analytical Development Lab) for scale up batches, batch release & packaging development department for PM art works development.
9. Periodically review safety stocks in SAP/Vector Flow and get it revised with approval.
10. To update status to DRA (drug regulatory affairs) on weekly basis about their requirements. To prepare SIS sheet (Scale up intimation Sheet) on fortnightly basis and do follow up with documentation team for documents.
11. If required prepare batch size approval form and monitor till orders get executed as per batch size.
12. Main system hygienic in SAP by closing all small quantity PRs, process orders, planned orders and Purchase orders (PO with help of commercial department).
13. To prepare various statements and MIS (monthly information system) against which the agenda is discussed.
14. To update DRA (drug regulatory affairs) agenda & monitor their requirement for sample, packing etc., to update R&D agenda, excess RM sheet & send SIS (scale-up intimation slip) to R & D and follow up of documents as per requirement.
15. To reply the shortages against the shortages list received from plant, & to attend queries.
16. To liquidate RM(Raw material)/PM(Packing material) non-moving which is available across given locations.
