Job summary

Jagsonpal Pharmaceuticals in India seeks a Production Planning Executive/Officer to prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production plans. You will coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Warehouse, Purchase, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth manufacturing and timely batch completion.

The role requires strong coordination, knowledge of pharma production processes, and proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
• Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Warehouse, Purchase, and Supply Chain teams.
• Check RM/PM availability and coordinate to avoid delays.
• Plan batches based on material availability, capacity, manpower, and priorities.
• Monitor schedules and ensure timely completion of batches.
• Coordinate batch planning, changeovers, and timelines with manufacturing teams.
• Track production status and identify shortages or bottlenecks.
• Maintain production planning reports, MIS, and daily updates.
• Ensure plans align with inventory and dispatch requirements.
• Follow GMP, SOPs and pharmaceutical manufacturing compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production plans as per business requirements.
• Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Warehouse, Purchase, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth production.
• Check RM/PM availability and coordinate with relevant teams to avoid production delays.
• Plan production batches based on material availability, machine capacity, manpower, and production priorities.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of batches.
• Coordinate with manufacturing teams regarding batch planning, changeovers, and production timelines.
• Track production status and identify any shortages, delays, or bottlenecks.
• Maintain production planning reports, MIS, and daily production updates.
• Ensure production plans are aligned with inventory and dispatch requirements.
• Follow GMP, SOPs, and pharmaceutical manufacturing compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with the manufacturing team to optimize capacity utilization and production efficiency.

Required Skills
