Chemical Process Piping is seeking a detail-oriented candidate to manage production planning and material tracking on the factory floor in Vadodara, India. The role emphasizes coordinating with stores, purchase teams, and multiple internal departments to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.

The ideal candidate has a mechanical/production/chemicals background with strong Excel skills, problem-solving ability, and a track record of meeting tight deadlines while maintaining inventory control.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, Chemicals or related field.
• Sound technical knowledge and skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Good problem-solving abilities, strong communication, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with manufacturing process and inventory control.

Responsabilidades

• Production Planning and Scheduling: Create daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer requirements.
• Material Tracking: Coordinate with stores and purchase teams to ensure raw materials and components are available before production starts.
• Capacity Management: Monitor machine and labor availability to avoid bottlenecks or idle time on the factory floor.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with Production, Quality, Logistics and related internal teams to keep manufacturing running smoothly and resolve delays.
• Data Management: Keep all data in electronic formats and update all data in the ERP software regularly.
