Job summary

• Compare plant KPIs and identify best-performing plants and improvement areas.
• Provide data-driven insights and reports to management.

Key Responsibilities

• Download, collect, and maintain plant data in Excel/databases.
• Analyze productivity, manpower, quality, delivery, and performance KPIs.
• Compare plants and identify benchmarks.
• Identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare Excel dashboards, charts, and reports.
• Monitor trends, deviations, and productivity.
• Conduct weekly/monthly plant performance analysis.
• Develop automated reports and ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate with plants for data clarification and consistency.

Required Skills

• Advanced Excel: Pivot Tables, Power Query, formulas
• Power BI/Tableau preferred
• Data analysis, reporting, and presentation skills

Qualification

• Diploma / BE / B. Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.

Experience

• 6 months to 1 years in manufacturing data analysis, Industrial Engineering, MIS, or plant performance reporting.
