Job summary

Emdep Group is seeking a Plant Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret plant performance data. The role focuses on comparing KPIs across plants, identifying best-performing units, and delivering data-driven insights to management.

The ideal candidate will create dashboards and automated reports using Excel and BI tools, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery of weekly and monthly performance analyses. This position is based in Pune, India.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills: Pivot Tables, Power Query, formulas.
• Power BI or Tableau preferred for dashboards and reporting.
• Data analysis, reporting, and presentation skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Download, collect, and maintain plant data in Excel/databases.
• Analyze productivity, manpower, quality, delivery, and performance KPIs.
• Compare plants and identify benchmarks and gaps.
• Identify improvement opportunities and develop recommendations.
• Prepare Excel dashboards, charts, and reports for management.
• Monitor trends, deviations, and productivity over time.
• Conduct weekly/monthly plant performance analyses.
• Develop automated reports and ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate with plants for data clarification and consistency.
