Carrier Wheels Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Manager – Production Planning & Control to lead the manufacturing planning function in our automotive facility.

You will develop daily to monthly production plans, align schedules with customer delivery commitments and coordinate with production, sales, purchase, stores, quality and maintenance teams. The ideal candidate has 8–12 years in PPC within automotive manufacturing, strong ERP/MRP and Excel skills, and a track record of improving

Formación

• 8–12 years of relevant experience in production planning and control.
• Experience in the automotive or Tier-1 auto ancillary manufacturing industry preferred.
• Strong understanding of production scheduling, MRP, capacity planning and inventory control.
• Experience managing OEM schedules and changing customer requirements.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and cross-functional coordination capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Production or Industrial Engineering preferred.
• Demonstrated team-management and leadership capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and manage daily, weekly and monthly production plans based on customer schedules, forecasts and available capacity
• Ensure production schedules are aligned with customer delivery commitments
• Coordinate with production, sales, purchase, stores, quality and maintenance teams
• Monitor production-plan adherence and take corrective action against delays or deviations
• Manage material requirements planning, inventory availability, WIP and finished-goods levels
• Conduct capacity planning, load balancing and bottleneck analysis
• Track critical materials, production constraints and order priorities
• Improve inventory efficiency while preventing production shortages and excess stock
• Monitor key PPC metrics, including plan adherence, capacity utilization, inventory levels and on-time delivery
• Prepare MIS reports and ensure accurate planning data in ERP/MRP systems
