Job summary

RGBSI is seeking a Production Planner/Master Scheduler for a role based in Bangalore. Ideal candidates will have 5–7 years of experience and a degree in Supply Chain/Operations.

You will manage BOM, MRP and the master production schedule, coordinating with global teams and ERP systems to meet strict deadlines. The position requires strong communication and analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office, and familiarity with SAP MM/PP.

We are looking for a Production Planner/Master Scheduler to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant experience, with a bachelors degree or a master’s degree in Supply Chain/Operations preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience in a multinational high technology corporation, particularly in operations, BOM, and planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with production planning systems, including master production schedule and material requirements planning.
• Ability to coordinate effectively across global teams, both technical and non-technical.
• Knowledge of SAP (MM/PP) or similar ERP systems.
• Understanding of BOM structures and the Engineering Change process.

Desirable Skills

• Experience in wafer processing or general manufacturing is a plus.
