Job summary

RGBSI is seeking a Production Planner/Master Scheduler in Bangalore. The role requires 5–7 years of relevant experience with a degree in Supply Chain/Operations as preferred.

You will manage master production schedules, coordinate with global teams, and use SAP MM/PP and ERP tools to ensure on-time delivery. The candidate should have excellent communication, strong analytical abilities, and a solid understanding of BOM and Engineering Change processes.

Qualifications

• Candidates with 5–7 years in production planning or master scheduling.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain/Operations preferred.
• Experience in a multinational high-technology environment is desirable.
• Strong MS Office skills and ERP/SAP MM/PP knowledge preferred.
• Understanding of BOM structures and Engineering Change processes.

Job description

We are looking for a Production Planner/Master Scheduler to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant experience, with a bachelors degree or a master’s degree in Supply Chain/Operations preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience in a multinational high technology corporation, particularly in operations, BOM, and planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with production planning systems, including master production schedule and material requirements planning.
• Ability to coordinate effectively across global teams, both technical and non-technical.
• Knowledge of SAP (MM/PP) or similar ERP systems.
• Understanding of BOM structures and the Engineering Change process.

Desirable Skills

• Experience in wafer processing or general manufacturing is a plus.
