Job summary

RGBSI is seeking a Production Planner/Master Scheduler to join our team in Bangalore. The candidate should have 5–7 years of relevant experience and a degree in Supply Chain/Operations.

The role requires expertise in BOM, MRP, and SAP MM/PP, with the ability to coordinate across global teams and maintain strong communication. Shifts may include early and late schedules to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in production planning or master scheduling.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain/Operations preferred.
• Experience in multinational high‑tech environments with BOM and planning.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of SAP MM/PP or similar ERP systems.
• Understanding of BOM structures and Engineering Change process.
• Ability to coordinate across global technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage master production schedule and material requirements planning.
• Coordinate with global teams including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Maintain BOM accuracy and support Engineering Change processes.
• Ensure deadlines are met with strong attention to detail.
• Utilize SAP MM/PP or similar ERP systems for planning.
• Prepare and communicate production plans and schedules to stakeholders.

Desirable Skills
