Job summary

RGBSI in Bangalore is seeking a Production Planner/Master Scheduler with 5–7 years of experience and a degree in Supply Chain/Operations. You will manage the master production schedule, align BOM/MRP, and coordinate with global teams to ensure on-time material availability.

The role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP MM/PP. Familiarity with wafer processing or general manufacturing is a plus.

Qualifications

• Develop and maintain the master production schedule.
• Coordinate with global operations to align demand and supply.
• Monitor BOM structures and change management processes.
• Ensure on-time material availability and production readiness.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing to optimize planning.

Job description

We are looking for a Production Planner/Master Scheduler to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant experience, with a bachelors degree or a master’s degree in Supply Chain/Operations preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience in a multinational high technology corporation, particularly in operations, BOM, and planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with production planning systems, including master production schedule and material requirements planning.
• Ability to coordinate effectively across global teams, both technical and non-technical.
• Knowledge of SAP (MM/PP) or similar ERP systems.
• Understanding of BOM structures and the Engineering Change process.

Desirable Skills

• Experience in wafer processing or general manufacturing is a plus.
