• Operate peptide synthesis equipment, reactors and related process equipment.
• Perform Solid-Phase Peptide Synthesis (SPPS) operations, when applicable.
• Monitor process parameters and maintain production documentation.
• Follow CGMP, SOPs, EHS and data integrity requirements.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering and other departments.
• Ensure proper cleaning, line clearance and equipment readiness.
• Maintain production records and support investigations, deviations and CAPA.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulatory requirements.

Role & responsibilities

1. Execute Peptide Synthesis and manufacturing activities as per approved batch Manufacturing Records ( BMR).

2. Handle Peptide Synthesis Equipment, reactors and associated process equipment.

3. Perform Solid - Phase Peptide Synthesis (SPPS) Operations, If Applicable.

4. Monitor Process Parameters and maintain process documentation.

5. Follow CGMP, SOPs, EHS and Data Integrity Requirements.

6. Coordinate with QA, QC , Engineering and other relevant departments.

7. Ensure Proper Cleaning, Line Clearance and equipment readiness.

8. Maintain Production records and support investigations, deviations and CAPA.

9. Ensure Compliance with Safety procedures and regulatory requirements.
