Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions in Thane is seeking a Senior Executive-Production to learn and assist in peptide production according to established protocols and quality standards. This role provides hands-on training in peptide synthesis, purification, and related processes.

You will perform and supervise SPPS production activities, support the team to maximize productivity, and ensure projects stay within timescales and budget.

Qualifications

• SPPS production experience or exposure to peptide synthesis.
• Familiarity with GMP quality standards and documentation.
• Safety awareness and ability to work in a cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Performing and supervision of Production activities in SPPS Production.
• Supporting and encouraging team members to maximize productivity and the development of skills Ensuring projects stay within timescales and budget.
• Timely update and report status/results of in-progress batches Issuance of Documents.
• Handling of work permit.
• Review the executed BMR and BECR.
• Supervise the cleaning activities. Control on BMR-BECR documentation.
• Any other work assigned by HOD/second line.
• In absence of employee, deputy person will handle the above responsibility.
• Perform verification, calibration, preventive maintenance status of critical instruments and equipment.
• Safety Awareness.
