Piramal Pharma Solutions is seeking a Senior Executive-Production to contribute to peptide synthesis and related processes. The role offers hands-on training in SPPS, purification, and ensuring adherence to established protocols and quality standards.

The candidate will perform and supervise production activities, support team development, and ensure timely reporting. Responsibilities include BMR/BECR reviews, cleaning supervision, and permit handling in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in peptide synthesis and purification processes.
• Familiarity with BMR and BECR documentation.
• Hands-on training in SPPS production and related equipment.

Responsabilités

• Performing and supervising production activities in SPPS production.
• Support and encourage team members to maximize productivity and skill development.
• Ensure projects stay within timescales and budget; update status of in-progress batches.
• Review executed BMR and BECR; maintain proper documentation.
• Oversee cleaning activities and control BMR-BECR documentation.
• Handle work permits and ensure safety standards.

Job Description

As a Peptides Production Sr. Executive, you will be responsible for learning and
assisting in the production of peptides according to established protocols and quality
standards. This position is designed to provide hands-on training in peptide synthesis,
purification, and related processes.

• Performing and Supervision of Production activities in SPPS Production.
• Supporting and encouraging team members to maximize productivity and the development of skills Ensuring projects stay within timescales and budget.
• Timely update and report status/results of in-progress batches Issuance of Documents.
• Handling of work permit.
• Review the executed BMR and BECR.
• Supervise the cleaning activities. Control on BMR-BECR documentation.
• Any other work assigned by HOD/second line.
• In absence of employee, deputy person will handle the above responsibility.
• Perform verification, calibration, preventive maintenance status of critical instruments and equipment.
• Safety Awareness.
