Piramal Pharma Solutions is hiring a Senior Executive-Production to learn and assist in peptide production according to established protocols and quality standards. The role offers hands-on training in peptide synthesis, purification, and related processes within SPPS production, with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance.

You will supervise production activities, help maximize productivity, track batches, issue documents, review BMR/BECR, and coordinate with the HOD on daily operations.

• Experience in peptide synthesis and purification.
• Knowledge of SPPS workflows and related processes.
• Ability to supervise production activities and ensure quality compliance.

Responsabilités

• Review BMR/BECR and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Maintain safety, calibration, and maintenance of critical instruments.
• Report status and ensure batches stay within timescales and budget.

This position is designed to provide hands-on training in peptide synthesis,purification, and related processes.Performing and Supervision of Production activities in SPPS Production.Supporting and encouraging team members to maximize productivity and the development of skills Ensuring projects stay within timescales and budget.Timely update and report status/results of in-progress batches Issuance of Documents.Handling of work permit.Review the executed BMR and BECR.Supervise the cleaning activities. Control on BMR-BECR documentation.Any other work assigned by HOD/second line.In absence of employee, deputy person will handle the above responsibility.Perform verification, calibration, preventive maintenance status of critical instruments and equipment.Safety Awareness.
