Job summary

Hi Tech Biosciences in India is seeking a production operator to carry out daily production activities per approved SOPs and Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR). You will monitor processes, operate equipment safely, and maintain GMP documentation.

You will follow cGMP, GDP and EHS requirements, coordinate with QA/QC/Engineering/Warehouse for smooth operations, ensure housekeeping and material identification, and report deviations or safety issues.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily production activities as per approved SOPs and Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
• Monitor manufacturing processes and ensure compliance with process parameters.
• Operate production equipment as per SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Maintain production records, logbooks, and GMP documentation.
• Follow cGMP, Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and EHS requirements.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, and Warehouse for smooth production operations.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, equipment cleanliness, and material identification.
• Report process deviations, equipment breakdowns, and safety issues to the supervisor.
• Support audits, investigations, CAPA, and other quality related activities.
