Job summary

Naukripay group in Delhi is seeking an experienced Production Merchandiser to manage the production process from order confirmation to dispatch, coordinating with buyers, production teams, vendors and QA to meet timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of garment production processes and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage production orders from sampling to final shipment.
• Coordinate with production, sourcing, purchase, quality, and warehouse teams.
• Prepare and maintain production schedules, order sheets, and T&A calendars.
• Follow up on raw materials, trims, accessories, fabrics, and other requirements.
• Monitor production progress and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with vendors and factories regarding production status.
• Conduct regular production follow-ups and resolve delays or bottlenecks.
• Ensure products are manufactured according to approved samples and specifications.
• Coordinate quality inspections and address quality-related issues.
• Communicate order updates, delivery timelines, and production concerns to management/buyers.
• Maintain production records, reports, and shipment documentation.
• Ensure adherence to buyer requirements, quality standards, and deadlines.
