Job summary

Tejoo Fashions is seeking a Production Merchandiser to coordinate the production and sourcing of ladies ethnic wear from design to delivery. You will manage fabric selection, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure timely execution across cross-functional teams.

The role requires 4–6 years of relevant experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and production management software.

• Strong knowledge of ladies ethnic wear
• Experience in fabric sourcing and measurement
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills

• Proficient in MS Office and production management software
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising or a related field

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the production and sourcing of ladies ethnic wear
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure timely delivery of products
• Source fabrics and materials, ensuring quality and cost-efficiency
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate pricing and terms
• Monitor production processes and resolve any issues that arise
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet the company's standards
• Stay updated on industry trends and market demands
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as design, sales, and marketing, to align on product requirements and strategies
• Prepare and analyze production reports, identifying areas for improvement
• Create PO through authorized intend Issue PO & Barcodes Supporting warehouse / Logistics of goods from the supplier side if needed and Inward Supporting GRC and PRC
• Following up on running orders for timely deliveries Ensuring in-housing of fabric, accessories, and trims Obtaining approvals on lab dips Tracking of Eway bill Re solving GRC vs PO issues on time.
