• Strong expertise in laser cutting, CNC press brake, robotic MIG welding and bending.
• Knowledge of quality standards: ISO 9000 and welding standards ISO 3834 (or equivalent).
• Demonstrated leadership, team handling, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage production planning, cost control, and process optimization.
• Good coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and control production activities to meet project schedules.
• Oversee fabrication and manufacturing of pipe supports per drawings and MEP standards.
• Coordinate with procurement for steel sourcing, vendor selection, and material availability.
• Ensure optimal utilization of raw materials, manpower, and machinery.
• Monitor production costs, minimize wastage, and improve productivity.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and procedures.
• Collaborate with design, QA/QC, stores, and dispatch teams for smooth operations.
• Review production reports, capacity planning, and daily output.
• Implement process improvements and best manufacturing practices.
• Handle manpower planning, supervision, and performance monitoring.
