Job summary

Avant Garde in Vasai region seeks a Production Manager for a large paper products and stationery manufacturing organisation. The role is based at Khaniwade Village, near Vasai/Virar (Maharashtra) with willingness to relocate for family.

The manager will lead 200–500 workforce, drive OEE, OTIF and capacity utilization improvements, and implement 5S, GEMBA and Kaizen programs to optimize production. Marathi language proficiency is preferred and transport support is available onsite.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a manufacturing workforce of 200–500.
• Strong analytical ability and track record of production improvements.
• Ability to manage both experienced and new-generation staff.
• Hands-on with OEE, OTIF, capacity utilization, and AM/PM.
• Experience implementing 5S, Gemba, Kaizen and NVA reduction.
• Knowledge of industrial engineering methods: time & motion study, layout planning, 3M analysis.
• Experience with process automation and production optimization.
• Marathi language proficiency preferred.

We are hiring a **Production Manager** for a large **paper products and stationery manufacturing organisation**.

Location: Khaniwade Village, near Vasai / Virar (Maharashtra)

Industry: Stationery / Paper Products Manufacturing

Transport: Bus pick-up & drop from nearby railway stations

Relocation: Willing to relocate near Vasai/Virar with Family

Mandatory Requirements :

• Experience handling 200-500 workforce in manufacturing environment
• Strong analytical and production improvement capability
• Ability to manage experienced workforce and new generation employees
• Hands-on exposure to OEE, OTIF, Capacity Utilization, AM & PM
• Implementation experience in 5S, GEMBA, Kaizen, and NVA reduction
• Knowledge of Industrial Engineering (Time & Motion Study, Layout Planning, 3M analysis)
• Experience in process automation and production optimization
• Marathi language proficiency (speaking & understanding preferred)
