Job summary

Experts Bureau in Tiruppur is seeking an experienced Garment Production Head to oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations, ensuring quality and on-time delivery of all products.

You will coordinate with cutting, sewing, finishing, quality, and planning teams for a 500+ machine operation, interact with buyers to meet requirements, monitor targets and efficiency, and drive improvements while upholding BSFI and buyer standards.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of apparel manufacturing/export experience.
• Strong expertise in production process management.
• Experience coordinating with buyers and leading teams.
• Knowledge of BSFI requirements and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Handle production operations with a capacity of 500+ sewing machines.

• Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
