Responsibilities

• Production Planning & Execution: develop and monitor monthly production schedules with factories and beaders.
• Workflow Optimization: streamline operations across QC, CAD, CMT, Merchandising.
• Resource & Workforce Management: plan manpower, manage outsourcing and overtime.
• Quality & Compliance: ensure production meets client specs and quality standards.
• Process Improvement & SOP Management: update SOPs based on challenges for continuous improvement.
• Financial Oversight: analyze loss/profit, implement corrective cost controls.
• Training & Development: conduct monthly QC and CMT team trainings.
• Issue Resolution: review client emails to identify concerns and implement solutions.
• Performance Monitoring: track dept performance and drive accountability via appraisals.
• Client Engagement: attend weekly meetings across time zones for alignment.

The Senior Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end embroidery manufacturing operations, ensuring production efficiency, quality standards, timely delivery, cost optimization, and team management. The role involves planning, coordinating, and monitoring embroidery production activities while maintaining high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Production Planning & Execution:

Develop and monitor monthly production schedules with stitching factories and beaders, ensuring optimal resource allocation.

2. Workflow Optimization:

Streamline operations across departments (QC, CAD, CMT, and Merchandising) to improve efficiency and productivity.

3.Resource & Workforce Management:

Plan manpower allocation effectively, managing outsourcing needs and overtime when required.

4. Quality & Compliance:

Ensure all production aligns with client specifications and internal quality standards, resolving any issues proactively.

5. Process Improvement & SOP Management:

Regularly update SOPs based on operational challenges, ensuring continuous improvement.

6. Financial Oversight:

Analyze profit & loss reports, implement corrective measures, and optimize cost control.

7. Training & Development:

Conduct monthly training for QC and CMT teams to enhance skill levels and maintain high-quality standards.

8. Issue Resolution:

Review and analyze client emails to identify concerns early and implement solutions proactively.

9. Performance Monitoring:
