Job summary

Phenix Construction Technologies is seeking a production supervisor to plan and monitor daily production activities, drive productivity, and ensure safety on the shop floor. You will manage manpower, machinery, and production resources to meet planned targets and timelines.

You will coordinate with PPC, Quality, Stores, Purchase and Maintenance teams, prepare production reports, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements to minimize rework and defects.
