The role involves planning resources, avoiding production stoppages, collaborating with quality control and warehouse teams, and ensuring on-time completion of output while monitoring costs and defects. You will analyze demand data and track material shortages to provide rapid resolutions.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating production workflows for multiple products.
• Ability to plan and prioritize operations to maximize performance and minimize delays.
• Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials to meet production demand.
• Monitor jobs to ensure they finish within budget and time.
• Collaborate with quality control and warehouse to coordinate activities.

Responsibilities

• Drive solutions to reduce gaps in plans and assist in sourcing materials as required.
• Ensure schedule as per marketing plan every month.
• Work with Materials department to avoid production line stoppage and plan RM for New product development.
• Cooperate with QA, warehouse and other coordinating departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Analyze customer demand information, forecast, orders, labor, and material availability.
• Identify software procedural improvements to the Operations process to eliminate waste.
• Track material shortages and provide immediate resolution.
• Prepare and submit status and performance reports.
• Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption.
• Monitor jobs to ensure they finish within cost.
• Collaborate with quality control, warehouse and other co-ordinating departments.
