Job summary

Ankit Pulps & Board in India is seeking a production role focused on planning and control within the Maharashtra plant. The incumbent will manage production activities, ensure SOP and GMP compliance, and coordinate with teams to maintain quality and regulatory adherence.

The role covers supervision of process steps from nutrition addition through packing, with accountability for batch records and change control communications as directed by SOPs and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all Production planning and activity.
• Handle nutrition addition, harvesting, washing, homogenization, spray drying, packing.
• Ensure SOP, Quality Policy and regulatory compliance within Production department.
• Maintain department, premises and equipment as per SOP and GMP norms.
• Verify equipment and utilities qualification related to Production is performed and recorded with report.
• Ensure approved procedures are available in the plant
• Check Batch Production and Control Records.
• Communicate and implement changes via change control procedure.

Job description

• Shall check the maintenance of the department, premises, and equipment as per SOP and GMP norms.
• Shall ensure the Qualification of the equipment and utilities related to Production department are performed and recorded with report.
• Shall responsible to ensure that approved procedure available in the plant
• Responsible to check Batch Production and Control Record.
• Shall Communicate & Implement change as have directed through change control procedure.
