Job summary

Entasis India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Production Manager to own project execution from planning through final handover.

The role emphasizes BOM preparation, costing, material planning, production coordination, and vendor management, with a hands-on approach. You will work closely with the production team and site/turnkey management to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Retail Interior Design and related fields.
• Exposure to technical drawings, BOQ preparation and site execution.
• Experience with retail fixtures, shop-in-shop projects, showrooms or furniture manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate BOMs, material requirements, and project costings.
• Plan and coordinate production activities based on project timelines.
• Work closely with production teams, vendors, and subcontractors.

Job Overview

Entasis India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Production Manager to take ownership of project execution from production planning through to successful site completion. The ideal candidate should be strong in BOM preparation, costing, material planning, production coordination, and vendor management, with a hands-on approach to execution.

Most importantly, the candidate should be able to work closely with the production team and coordinate effectively with site/turnkey management to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate BOMs, material requirements, and project costings.
• Plan and coordinate production activities based on project timelines.
• Work closely with production teams, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with site and turnkey management for smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, quality, costs, and delivery schedules.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of BOM preparation, costing, estimation, and material planning.
• Hands-on experience in production planning and execution.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
• Strong coordination skills across production, procurement, vendors, logistics, and site teams.
• Proven ability to work closely with site/turnkey management and drive projects to completion.
• Good understanding of materials, fabrication processes, finishes, and quality control.
• Strong vendor and subcontractor management
• Ability to track project costs, timelines, material consumption, and productivity.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making
• Strong communication, leadership, and team-management skills.
• Willingness to be hands-on and actively involved in project execution, rather than being limited to a planning/coordination role.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of relevant experience in Retail Interior Design, with practical exposure to technical drawings, production coordination, BOQ preparation and site execution.

Candidates who have worked with retail fixtures, shop-in-shop projects, showrooms, commercial interiors or furniture manufacturing companies will be preferred.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of Retail Industry

Qualification:

Bachelors/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.

5-10 years of relevant experience in production and project execution, preferably in interiors, retail fit-outs, fabrication, furniture, or turnkey projects.
