Job summary

Elle Electricals Pvt. Ltd. in Pardi is seeking an entry-level engineer for Production Planning and Execution in a full-time onsite role. The position requires handling daily schedules, coordinating with manufacturing teams, and ensuring quality through testing per international standards.

You will work on process optimization, equipment maintenance, and CAPA investigations while maintaining accurate records and SOPs. Minimum 4–5 years experience is preferred, with strong leadership potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• 4 to 5 years of experience in a production/manufacturing environment, preferably in electrical accessories or switchgear.
• Strong understanding of electrical circuits, switchgear mechanisms, and plastic/metal components.

Responsibilities

• Production Planning & Execution: Execute daily production schedules to meet targets while minimizing waste, downtime, and costs.
• Process Optimization: Analyse workflows and implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, Kaizen).
• Quality Assurance & Testing: Oversee testing to ensure compliance with IEC, CE, or UL standards.
• Equipment Maintenance: Manage upkeep/troubleshooting of automated assembly machines and tools.
• Root Cause Analysis: Investigate defects and line failures; implement CAPA actions.
• Documentation: Maintain production logs, SOPs, and compliance records.

Responsibilities:• Production Planning & Execution: Execute daily production schedules to meet targets while minimizing waste, downtime, and manufacturing costs.• Process Optimization: Analyse existing production workflows and implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, Kaizen) to enhance efficiency and throughput.• Quality Assurance & Testing: Oversee routine and type testing of electrical accessories (e.g., insulation resistance, high voltage, and continuity tests) ensuring compliance with international standards (like IEC, CE, or UL).• Equipment Maintenance: Manage the upkeep and troubleshooting of automated assembly machines, injection moulding tools, and testing jigs to prevent unscheduled downtime.• Root Cause Analysis: Investigate product defects or production line failures, identifying root causes and implementing permanent corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).• Team Supervision: Lead, train, and mentor production technicians and operators, ensuring a culture of safety, accountability, and high performance.• Documentation: Maintain accurate production logs, yield reports, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and compliance documentation.
