Cognibee Media in Hyderabad is seeking a Production Manager to run shoots end to end, from wedding films to brand content, ensuring every shoot is planned, crewed and delivered on time.

You will plan shoots, manage calendars and rosters, coordinate freelance crew, track post-production timelines, control budgets, and be the on-ground point person at large events. This is a full-time, in-office role in Hyderabad, Monday to Saturday.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in production management at a production house, wedding studio, ad agency or events company.
• Strong Google Sheets / Excel and calendar skills; comfortable with AI tools.
• Calm under pressure, great with people and vendors.
• Willing to travel for shoots and work wedding-season hours.
