• Manage day-to-day production floor operations.
• Run order-wise production: multiple unique orders simultaneously, each with different specs and finishing notes.
• Coordinate with external vendors for dyeing, printing, and embroidery.
• Handle delicate fabrics with correct techniques at every stage.
• Ensure delivery deadlines through capacity planning and labour allocation.
• Maintain quality standards in coordination with QC.
• Manage worker attendance, productivity, and discipline.
• Produce daily/weekly production reports.
