S.t.cottex Exports in Ludhiana is seeking a Production Executive for circular knitting. The role involves monitoring daily output, achieving targets, managing machine efficiency, and coordinating with maintenance, quality, stores and planning teams.

The candidate should have 3–7 years in circular knitting, with a Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Textile Technology, preferably with knitting specialization. Strong analytical and communication skills are required.

Responsabilités

• Monitor day-to-day production of circular knitting machines.
• Ensure production targets are achieved as per the production plan.
• Manage machine efficiency, productivity, and downtime.
• Monitor fabric quality, GSM, stitch length, and other required parameters.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Stores, and Planning departments.
• Identify and resolve production-related issues and minimize machine stoppages.
• Ensure proper machine settings, yarn feeding, and fabric changeovers.
• Maintain production reports, machine performance records, and shift-wise data.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, yarn, and other resources.
• Follow safety, quality, housekeeping, and company procedures.
• Monitor rejection, wastage, and production losses and take corrective actions.
• Lead and guide operators and helpers during the shift.
