Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with relevant experience.
• 5–8 years in refrigerant gas can / metal can / aerosol manufacturing.
• Supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Production planning and target achievement
• Monitor OEE, downtime, and productivity
• Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance
• Ensure quality standards and reduce rejection
• Lead operators and supervisors
• Ensure PPE and EHS compliance

Job Location: Dahej, Samatpor, Gujarat - 392130

Experience: 5 - 8 years in refrigerant gas can / metal can / aerosol / manufacturing with supervisory experience.

Salary Budget: 12 LPA - 18 LPA

Reports To: Production Manager / Plant Manager

Note: This role requires Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience in a refrigerant gas can manufacturing plant

Ensure smooth can manufacturing operations, achieve production targets, maintain quality, safety, machine availability, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Production planning and target achievement
